If you love One Direction and you’re looking to tone up your bum, then you will LOVE this short but sweet workout!

It’s a bit of a fun one, and a challenge! But a great way to end a short workout, or if you don’t fancy a full workout you can at least do this 3/4 minutes butt challenge!
